Beaver Creek students learn something new every day, and we want to share their accomplishments with you. Along with important school announcements, we’re excited to fill this page with student and teacher shout-outs that will make you as proud as we are to be part of the bobcat family.
Please remember if a student is absent from school, he or she may not attend any after school extracurricular activity on that day. This includes music, drama, clubs, athletic events, practices, and/or dances. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Beaver Creek School works in partnership with community organizations, local residents, and businesses to help our families in need have a happy holiday season. Our community organizations work closely to coordinate the needs of families requesting assistance. If you are in need of assistance for the purchase of Christmas gifts and food, fill out the form located in the newsletter with all of the required information.
Please have the form back to the school no later than Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
We will send home first quarter report cards on Thursday, October 5. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Our fall break is on Monday, October 9 through Thursday, October 12. School resumes on Monday, October 16. Enjoy your time off!
Please join us for our fall festival on Friday, October 20 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. There will be a bake sale, cake walk, face painting, food trucks, games, activities, and more!
Our Halloween parade will take place on Monday, October 31 at 8:00 a.m. The parade will weave into all classrooms for student viewing and then walk across the stage for parent viewing. Please no full face masks or face paint and no blood, weapons, or violence.
We're looking to hire qualified people that are passionate about our children. Applications are available on our Human Resources page. You may also contact our front office by calling (928) 567-4631. We currently have the following positions available as of August 28, 2023:
- First Grade Teacher - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Fifth Grade Teacher - 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Bus Drivers - we will train!
All positions are Monday through Thursday following the school calendar. Full-time positions include health benefits and AZ state retirement.
Parent-teacher conferences will be during the week of September 11–15. Watch on Dojo for the sign-up information. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Mark your calendar for our fall picture day on Wednesday, September 20. Lifetouch will be taking pictures this year. Flyers will come home with students soon.

Beaver Creek Baptist Church vacation Bible school will take place on Monday, June 26 through Friday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to noon daily. Please visit the Beaver Creek Baptist Church Vacation Bible School website for more information.
Beaver Creek ESD #26 works with Yavapai County Community Health to provide sex education to 7th and 8th-grade students with parental consent. To request 30-day online access to our governing board approved sex education curriculum, Healthy Choices, for 7th and 8th-grade students please visit the Advancing Health Equity website.
